About Me

Chad first joined the real estate industry in 1999. He lived in mid-Michigan until 2019, when he and his wife, Shannone, relocated to East Tawas in the building adjacent to Sterling Properties. Three years later, the couple purchased the brokerage. Chad aims to make buying and selling straightforward for all parties, and is a great choice for newbies. In his free time, he's often found volunteering for community events and planning visits with his wife and three children.
